For snoring a custom dental guard (upper or lower) will not treat snoring. We have had many customers over the years say that wearing an upper custom dental guard with the front cut customization feature can help with snoring. This guard is very durable and comfortable does an excellent job protecting teeth from grinding and or clenching too.
