Your 30-day trial period begins the day you receive your guard. If the fit isn't right, you have two options:

Request a free remake: We will send a new impression kit to craft a new guard at no cost.
If you choose a remake, your trial period is extended by an additional 30 days. If the replacement guard still isn’t to your liking, you are still eligible for a full refund.
