Yes, once you place an order we mail out a teeth impression kit for you to take a teeth impression at home. It is very easy to take your teeth impression and only takes a few minutes. Also, provided is a pre paid mailer for you to mail in your teeth impression back to our dental lab. We then fabricate a perfect fitting custom dental guard using your exact teeth impression.
