Once your order is placed we mail out a teeth impression kit to take your upper and lower teeth impressions. We also include a prepaid mailer to mail in your teeth impressions back to our dental lab. Once received we use your exact teeth impressions to fabricate precise custom fitted teeth whitening trays.
