We offer 3 levels of custom dental mouth guards for teeth grinding and or clenching; soft, medium firmness and hard. All are available in different thicknesses as well. For very light to moderate teeth grinding the soft custom dental guards are great, for moderate the medium firmness extra durable guard is a good choice. Lastly, for very heavy teeth grinding the hard acrylic custom dental guards are the best option. For the thickness of the guards, the thicker the guard the more durable the guard will be. The 3mm thickness is the standard thickness that a dentist would make. Sometimes customers with a smaller mouth opt to go with a guard that is 2mm in thickness for optimal comfort.
