The custom teeth whitening trays can be used as dental guards for very light teeth grinding and or clenching. You will only need to whiten your teeth for 3 to 5 days for 20 to 40 minutes per day and then ongoing maintenance every 3 to 4 months depending on lifestyle habits that may stain teeth again. The custom teeth whitening trays will last 15+ years if only used for teeth whitening but if used for teeth grinding they may only last a year. Please also note you can add a custom dental night guard to your order at a discounted price on the ordering page. An actual custom dental guard is thicker and will last much longer.
