If wisdom teeth are present the custom teeth night guard will typically fit up to the wisdom teeth. The teeth night guard is more comfortable not going back to the wisdom teeth and the night guard is still effective in creating a space between the teeth not allowing them to clench and or grind. If a customer makes a note in the message section when checking out or when mailing in their teeth impression that they would like the night guard to cover the wisdom teeth then we would make the custom dental guard cover them.
