To place an order for both UPPER and LOWER night guards, each guard will be its own line item.
Begin the order process by selecting the first night guard, choose UPPER during the order process. Answer all drop-down menu items specific to this night guard, then ADD TO CART.
Return to the Home Page, select SHOP Custom Night Guards Again. Select your second night guard, choose LOWER. Answer all the drop-down menu items specific to this night guard, then ADD TO CART and proceed to check out.
After your order is processed, we will send out both UPPER and LOWER impression kits. Please make a note in the message section when checking out that both custom guards will be for one person.
