For severe bruxism I would suggest the 2mm or 3mm Hard Acrylic custom dental guard. If the guard made by your dentist was too thick then the 2mm Hard Acrylic guard would be a great solution for you. The front cut customization is made on the front of the custom dental guard for optimal comfort. We trim the front 4 teeth much lower. The front cut makes the guard more comfortable allowing for the the lip to rest against the teeth in a more natural position. Learn More
