You do not need a teeth mold/cast. We mail out a teeth impression kit to take a teeth impression and include a pre-paid mailer for you to mail back to our dental lab. Once received we fabricate the mold/cast of your teeth to make the custom dental guard. This is all included in the service including free 3-way shipping for the impression kit, pre-paid mailer, and final shipment of your custom dental guard(s) ordered. If you do have your own teeth mold/cast/impression, you can mail it in directly if you do not want to use our impression kit. We ask that you email us first for instructions before ordering.
