Question: Do you offer adjustments if the night guard is too tight?
Answer: Yes, we offer no charge adjustments when needed if the guard is too tight or too loose in an area. Most customers do not need any adjusting to the custom night guards since we closely examine every incoming teeth impression before moving ahead with the fabrication of the custom dental guard. 95% of incoming teeth impressions are accurate and adequate to move ahead to the fabrication of the custom night guard. For the 5% that are not we then email the customer to let them know, give tips on what what went wrong when taking their teeth impression. We then mail out a new teeth impression kit at no charge, as that is part of our service when needed. This process greatly minimizes the chance of needing any adjustments made to the dental guard but again when needed we do offer adjusting. We would at that point arrange for the night guard to be mailed back to our lab for the free adjusting. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that we always stand behind.
