Can I order just the 2mm hard acrylic Guard without ordering the 1mm guard? I know that the 1mm will be too thin.
I clench and grind my teeth at night and I have a retainer now that is thin and I bite right through it. I also have a very narrow mouth, so I am excited to try this.
